1. Low mix light alerts
The mix low light alerts the operator to add mix to protect your machine working in good condition.
2. Hardness LED Indicator
The product viscosity is displayed to assure safe product,also you can set hardness easily from the
control panel.
3. Safety(self-serve protection)
Internal overload protection is build into motor and compressor.Additional thermal overload protect
the entire machine.Thermostat cuts off machine when over-freezing,low voltage,high pressure etc.

Grand mix with more air to a sofer and smoother ice cream.Offering high overrun 70%-90%,save co st of mixture material
b) Pre-cooling system(Model number with letter"M")
Separate hopper refrigeration,by separate compressor solenoid valve to pre- cool mix and maintain mix below 4.5°C
c) Keep fresh system(Model number with letter"M1")
During long no- use periods,the keep fresh system maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
d) Rainbow system
Adding syrup to ice cream,make tasty and colourful ice cream.
